These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of unstoppable-empire.com and related websites, products, free trainings, memberships, and communications from Unstoppable Empire (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our sites or purchasing/registering, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Unstoppable Empire provides business education, trainings (including free webinars), digital products, and related community/offers for entrepreneurs. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed financial advisor.
2. Eligibility

3. Free Trainings & Registrations
Registering for a free webinar or training:
- Does not guarantee results or income
- May include educational content and an optional offer for paid programs (such as a Buildathon)
- Requires accurate contact information
We may cancel, reschedule, or change a training. If we reschedule, we’ll attempt to notify you at the email/phone you provided.
4. Accounts & Communications
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may receive transactional messages related to your registration or purchase. Marketing emails/SMS are sent according to our Privacy Policy and your consent choices.
5. Purchases, Pricing & Payments
Paid products/programs are billed through our checkout provider (e.g., SamCart) and payment processors.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future buyers
- You authorize charges for the products you select, including payment plans if offered
- Taxes may apply where required
6. Refunds
Unless a specific product page states a different guarantee, all sales are final. If a product offers a refund/guarantee, the terms on that sales page control for that product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, workbooks, videos, trainings, and materials are owned by Unstoppable Empire or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own business learning. You may not copy, resell, share login credentials, republish, or create competing products from our materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access
- Harass other participants or staff
- Upload malware or illegal content
- Use our materials to spam or deceive others
We may suspend access for violations.
9. No Earnings / Results Guarantees
Business education involves risk. We do not guarantee income, customers, rankings, or any specific results. Testimonials (if any) are not typical and are not promises. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may use or link to third-party tools (checkout, CRM, Zoom, social platforms, etc.). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unstoppable Empire and its owner/operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 if free).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights.
14. Termination
We may end or suspend access to Services if you violate these Terms. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Unstoppable Empire principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
