Founding sales seat
Remote commission-only seat for partners who will show up, follow training, talk to people, and help beginners get a first win. Work from anywhere with reliable internet and a laptop/desktop for setup and demos (phone is fine for follow-up after you’re set up).
Hours commitment (founding seats)
Standard activity bar: 2–3 focused hours per day, 5 days per week. Optional stretch: up to 4 hours. This is not a W-2 job and not a punch clock — it’s an activity standard so seats stay sharp. Founding seats with no activity can be removed.
